As Head of Delivery at Muse Cyber, Adam is responsible for how that standard is applied across every client engagement. He sets the delivery model behind the Muse fractional cybersecurity team, making sure each client gets consistent quality, clear reporting and a security programme that progresses week on week. His focus is on making security work measurable and repeatable, so that clients can demonstrate their position with confidence whenever a customer, investor or regulator asks.
